About the role

As a content marketing associate, your primary responsibility responsibility is to strengthen our brand’s presence and generate quality leads that eventually convert to sales. You will follow already-existing brand guidelines and introduce new systems to interact with the general public while relaying ideas/feedback from relevant stakeholders to the internal team. You will tell stories about our brand, product and mission in ways that attract our target audience and make curious and ultimately, more knowledgable about what we do.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  1. Creating high-quality content, including writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media content (videos and images)
  2. Developing content strategies that support and extend other marketing/sales initiatives.
  3. Understand basic search engine optimisation principles to optimise content and increase visibility in search engine results pages.
  4. Managing and planning the posting of content on various social media platforms. This can include scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement data to refine social media strategies.
  5. Monitoring analytics to assess the performance and efficiency of content. This involves using tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and then making recommendations based on those insights.
  6. Collaborating ****with design, sales, product and customer support to ensure that the content meets and addresses the needs of our target audience.
  7. Performing brand advocacy and representing the company at off-site locations or events where and when necessary.
