Overview
We’re hiring a brand/graphic designer to join our design team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity. As a brand designer, you will work closely with product, design and marketing teams to craft visually compelling and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets, social media content, and more.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll primarily be responsible for:
- collaborating with UI/UX designers to develop and maintain our brand's visual guidelines and identity.
- creating visually stunning and effective designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, product packaging, and promotional materials.
- designing engaging and cohesive social media content that resonates with our target audience.
- conducting & participating in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to drive design concepts and strategies.
- ensuring brand consistency by applying design standards across all touchpoints and materials.
- incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- a minimum of 1 year experience working with a team in Graphic Design, Motion Design Visual Communication, or a related field.
- proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and typography.
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- strong communication skills to articulate design choices and concepts effectively.
- willingness to manage your time effectively and communicate transparently.
